Bubbles is an installation for a public night event in Los Angeles that looks into inflatable sculptures and looks back at the design of italian fountains. It combines baroque italian fountains and the ritualistic space of a spa.
Two different curtains provide several levels of privacy within the enclosure. Fluid movements of the body are hosted by the pool in a blend of emotions.
You are invited to enter a temporal and spatial fantasy that ask you to reflect on the beauty of the human body in its multiple shapes and colors. Warm lights, soft and squishy materials, warm water, they all recreate the intimacy of a sacred space.
